He holds a Bachelor degree in English and is a certified Microsoft (MS) Word Professional and MS Office Applications Programmer. With 20 years of experience in oil and gas, telecommunications and military industries, he is an awarded document consultant and MS Office automation programmer. This SME specializes in the design of custom, automated, MS Office templates that contain industry-recognized time-saving tools.
