I’m a Text Box to add our own text/edit. Just click “Edit Text” or double click should enable to add/edit this text box by Owner’s admin log in.
A drop down List with check box can be added here for customer to select applicable items. Provision to be provided to attach files (pdf/word/images).
When Customer hit the “Go” button, a notification email message will be sent to Owner
“Sales@domain.com” with all attachments.
